Like what I’ve said last time on my review, I will rate 1-10 for each highlights that will be mentioned below…
1. Quality and Design
I’m impressed with the quality of this device. You can easily hold this device with just one hand. This device is much thinner and lighter compared to the original Fuze..
The Design is also great especially to the sides of this device in which looks very cool for me.
The back cover adds to the elegance of the device because of its leather design. It’s perfect 10 for the Quality and Design..
2. The Display
There are no changes between the display size and the resolution of the original Fuze and Fuze S, both feature a 5 inch with FWVGA resolution.
The display is fine, and with 196 pixels per inch, you can clearly see text and images decently. It’s 8 out of 10 for the Display..
The device runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat, and it’s runs pretty smooth. Out of the box, there are some apps that came pre-installed and these apps are basically the services from the Company like the Pinoy App Shop and Cherry Fun Club. An antivirus also came pre-installed on this device. Its 9 out of 10 for the Software..
The device is powered by a 1.4GHz True-Octa-Core Processor by Mediatek partnered by a Mali-450MP4 GPU. Even though it only came with 1GB of RAM, the performance of the device is still great. You can play games like Clash Of Clans, Asphalt 8, Candy Crush, and etc.
(NOTE: this will be updated soon for the benchmark scores..)
The device came with an 8GB of Internal Storage, and its a big improvement compared to the original Fuze. It’s 8 out of 10 for the Hardware..
NOTE: Connecting to the internet using Wi-Fi Connection or Mobile Data Connection depends on your network and location.
I tried connecting to the internet using both methods, and they are working great. Bluetooth works fast as well.. It’s perfect 10 for the Connectivity..
The device features an 8 megapixel rear camera, and it captures photos fine, and it has an LED Flash. It features autofocus and HDR as well.
It also have a VGA front-facing camera for making video calls and selfies, and since it only have a VGA resolution, it doesn’t capture a good photo in a low-light condition.
It’s 8 out of 10 for the Camera..
Since this device is from the FUZE lineup, expect it to have a long life of battery usage. And as I’ve expected, it came with an excellent performance.
It can last for at least 1 and a half days, and it depends on how the user use the device. Its perfect 10 for the Battery..
My Final Rating for this device is 9 out of 10. The overall performance is great. Priced at Only Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos, The Cherry Mobile FUZE S is Great for People who want a smartphone with a long battery life…
Good Job Cherry Mobile for Making Another Excellent Device at an Affordable Price!
Well that’s it for my Quick Hands-On Review of the Cherry Mobile FUZE S. See you again next time for another Exciting Unboxing and Review.. Thank you and God Bless..
